That is till this morning......
When I got so stressed out over planning my daughter's Bat Mitzvah that running as fast as I could seemed to be the only thing to do. 
Granted I only had time to run for 17 minutes. 
But still. It counts. 
I did feel a whole lot better afterwards. 
And now that the happy feeling is once again leaving me, and the bottomless pit of stress is returning.... I might have to do it again.
At least I'll get skinny. 
 
U so crazy. I still won't push myself past 5.3. I figure I need to get skinny first, and then I can run faster.
